☆ terms & conditions
I, as the Artist...
Maintain the rights to post my work in any form.
Maintain the right to post commissions to my social media for advertising. However, I will not post pieces upon request.
Maintain the right to turn down any commission.
You, as the Client...
May NOT reprint your commission for a profit. (Without my permission)
MAY print your commission for personal use.
May edit, crop, and resize the art I give you. However, I require you to still credit me for the piece.
May post the work to your own website/social media, but should credit or link back to me.
May requests small edits and corrections to finished pieces. Large edits and redraws must be paid for.
PAYMENT PROCESS
I accept PayPal (USD), Robux, and Discord Nitro as payment. Payments should be paid before i give finished artwork.
Your commission order will be canceled if you fail to pay within 48 hours. I do not accept payment plans or split payments.
No refunds.
WORK PROCESS
NOTE: My artstyle and rendering vary sometimes, so maybe you can select which kind of style or rendering you are interested in from one of these works! Or you can check my Twitter for more references or art. @Devern0.1. The client will receive draft sketches for approval. Afterward, you will get a cleaner draft for second approval. Please list all the changes when receiving these sketches. If everything is approved and paid after the final sketch, I will proceed to finish the artwork.2. I will only offer a limited amount of edits during the sketch phase and rendering phase. Be upfront about the changes you require but I will only allow a limited amount of edits. If something isn’t a necessary detail/change, please don’t list it.3. If you want to change anything in the finished piece that wasn’t mentioned beforehand, it'll take a fee depending on the changes. Any missing or wrong details from my side will be fixed for free.4. Results will be done between within 1-2 weeks. (i got school.)
